If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, as we offer a guarantee. Please provide the order number as well as the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. Only items purchased directly from (Khanad™) will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please contact them directly for returns. Returned items must be in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation. If the condition of the product sent back to us is not in an acceptable condition, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange. Customized products cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items that cannot be returned include items purchased through retail partners, incorrectly purchased items, and items damaged by customer mishandling. Returns made without receipt may be refused. (Crib Dispenser™) reserves the right to refuse any return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

WHERE IS MY TRACKING NUMBER?

E-packet is our primary carrier for customers in the USA. Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 15~25 days from the date of shipment.
